Our shipping options are:

North Island - Dress Rental Overnight Shipping + Return ($15)

South Island - Dress Rental Overnight Shipping + Return ($20)

Taranaki - Dress Rental Overnight Shipping + Return ($7.50)

Rural - Extra Fee ($5)

Postal Rentals

As you are aware, it is out of my control whether the rental reaches you on time in regard to delays with NZ Post, but this is the risk you take with booking a postal rental. I post rentals always using overnight shipping and make sure to post them at least 3 days in advance, which allows plenty of time to reach your destination. I will offer store credits of the price of the booked rental (shipping costs will not be refunded) if your package does not arrive in time for your event, this is only if the parcel has been delayed. If you book a rental from Wednesday 2pm onwards for a weekend rental, it is at your own risk whether it arrives and no store credit will be given if it does not arrive. Although your parcel still has a good chance of arriving as it's overnight shipping, it doesn’t leave much room for any delays should they arise.
